One of our fabulous customers brought us their absolutely gorgeous bedroom set. It was a sturdy, solid set with lots of fun character and detail, but definitely due for a makeover!
And off we were to do one of our most absolute favorite things ever....a custom order refinish!!
Here is the set before.....
This set consisted of a long dresser with an attached mirror, a tall dresser, a night stand, a headboard, and lots and lots and lots of drawers!! :)
The detail in these pieces is beautiful and timeless. Some of the drawers have wonderful curves that gives them amazing dimension, and each piece has beautiful curved legs at the base.
We really wanted to enhance the lines and details of this set, so we decided to go with a highly distressed finish. The color selected by our customer is called Canyon Earth, a beautifully muted mixture of pink and brown. With the dark walnut stained distress finish, this piece now looks like a beautiful family heirloom.
And here is the finished set.....just imagine coming home to this cozy set every night!
