Filing Cabinet

We finished this darling file cabinet last month for a family Christmas gift and it turned out so cute we just wanted to share it with you! :)

The wooden cabinet received a fresh coat of blue and yellow paint and we finished it off by taking out the original drawer handles and replacing them with these fun blue knobs.  Super cute, super stylish and still great for storage.  This would also work great in a child's room if you needed some extra storage space for clothing, diapers, blankets or toys!

Yellow Bench - SOLD

Just finished this darling bench that would be great indoors or out.  Fun yellow and brown distressed finish for a super cute shabby country look.

Custom Order Crib and Dresser

We were asked by a client to refinish a cute crib and dresser set to give it a whole new look!

Here is what the set looked like BEFORE:

And here is what the set looks like AFTER:

Our client asked that the original cherrywood set be given a fresh coat of clean white paint and then be given a good amount of distressing for the finish.  Don't you just love the way the dark wood peeks through and provides such a contrast to the piece?!  It's gives it that total heirloom feel that is always one of our favorites!  We love how this turned out and hope that our client enjoys the new look to a darling set for a new little one who is just about here!!

Custom Order Crib & Dresser Set

We were given the fun opportunity to re-do this darling crib and dresser set.  These were absolutely darling pieces and still in excellent condition, just ready for a new look.

Here is what they looked like BEFORE:

We started sanding the dresser and then remembered that we still needed to get some before pics, hence the nice dusty look on the dresser :)

Our client requested that all the pieces be painted black, including the hardware on the dresser, and then the entire piece be given a light distressing, just enough to notice but not too much to distract from the piece.

And here are the finished pieces:

Our little ole low-tech camera just doesn't do these pieces any justice! :)

Changing these pieces from cherrywood to black gave it a complete new, fresh updated look and the light distressing is a gorgeous touch!  We love how they turned out and hope our client does too!
